Panasonic TX-36PD50 or Tosh 36ZP48

hi im new here

im thinking of buying a new TV either a tosh 36zp48 or panny tx36pd50 (discountinued) but ive located one

also whats the difference between 36zp48 and 36zp48p

i mainly want to play games on the TV and really need it to display NTSC 3.58

also would i be able to put either TV on this stand



its 900mm X 500mm

any help would be great i own pretty much every games console about mainly US / JAP imports

PD50 has been discontinued AFAIK..............

The PD50 is damned heavy - check the manual or with the manufactures of the TV stand to make sure it is able to take the weight.

With some stands they will only give a "suitable for widescreens up to X inches" rather than a weight (as with my stand) and so it is up to you if you want to take the risk and have to argue the case with the retailer/manufacture that it is not fit for purpose if it does break.

hi thanks for the info , ive been doing a bit of research today and the TD50 is like 85kg

the Z3AV stand will only take max of 75kg so i looked into the tosh and that one weighs in at 75.9kg but im not sure if i want to take the risk

damn shame as i hate the stand you get with the TV
