Help with 36zp38 text problem

Can anyone assist me in a problem i am having with this
tv which i have recently aquired. When i am using the
remote widescreen button to change screen size it
works but the text is scrambled. it is also the same
for volume and appears as a wavy line until it
settles. Although this is frustrating the main problem
is i cannot get teletext or the menu text to work
other than as interference/noise lines. The problem is
intermitant and is usualy ok when i switch on in the
morning but very quickly manifests itself if i change
screen size or increase /decrease volume and i seem to
loss all related text which degenerates into wavy
lines....am i missing something in the set up
everything else seems to work ok.As i said i can live
with the screen size/volumes as they still work but
without the menu and teletext i have my hands tied
......thanks in advance for your help....

Phone your supplier. This could be a faulty text module ,that has plagued a few zp48 s .Its a simple swap once it has been diagnosed.

I'd rather you didn't solicit business on the forums, please.
