Default DEF settings for JVC AV-28H77SK

Can anyone give me the default settings please (Fullscreen) for the DEF (geometry settings) in the service menu for a JVC AV-28H77SK widescreen TV please. I stuply forgot to note them before changing them

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
