Problem with Toshiba 32ZP48

Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help. I bought the above TV a couple of months ago from digital direct.

I have noticed when the television is off a dark black border about two inches in depth has appeared along the top of the screen. Although this doesn't affect the TV when it's switched on, I'm a little concerned that it's appeared at all.

Any help or advice you can give will be very much appreciated.

Thanks

This might sound a bit lame but is it a reflection from the underside of the surround/bezel.

Not at all, thanks for the suggestion. It turned out to be something similar to what you suggested, I felt a little foolish when I realised what it was!

Cheers
