21" CRT TV DVD/Combi Wall Mount ?

Hello

Need a TV for the bedroom and budget may not stretch to LCD/TFT etc

Have noticed that Philips & Mitsubishi do 21" CRT TV DVD/Combi units.

However as I want to wall mount it and tilt it I am presuming that these TVs with DVDs are designed to be on a firm & level surface and the DVD would possibly fall out of the tray. Am I correct in this assumption ?

Are there any CRT TVs which have DVD units that can be tilted somewhat also possibly region free.

Many thanks for any assistance

My IKEA catalogue has one, at an amazingly cheap price. You apparently bind the TV down with a cloth belt but it seems to work.
