philips 32pw6515 with blown tube Any use to anybody ?

I have a Philips 32pw6515 30mths old with a blown tube. Don't seem to be having much luck getting a free repair, so before I take it to the tip.
Is it of any use to anybody for spares or anything. Also have the stand to suit.

Martin, before you take it to the tip I might be interested? Where abouts in the country are you, and what do you want for it?

Hi
I think it might be usfull if people would put their location in the member details section.
You being from Afghanistan, I dont think you would be able to collect a scrap TV.

I think anyone with a blown tube after 30 months might have a claim against the manufacturer , you don't pay thousands for your TV to pack up after so short a period. Go to Citizen Advice and see what they say.

I'm near Chorley Lancashire.
Philips have offered a replacement tube for £99, but it'll cost another £100 to get it fitted, so I don't think it's worth it, as you can buy the tv for around £350 now.
