Angry Connecting cheap components - help

Having just arrived in Australia, I have managed to gain ownership of a Samsung E317 DVD player, a new Digidome SDR-03 D-Box and a Panasonic TV that has an aerial socket and somewhere to plug in the 3 different coloured cables, which I assume are for L; R; and video. No SCART socket.

I can connect the D-box to the tv; I can connect the DVD to the TV. I can't connect all three together.

Don't even know if this is the right forum.

help.
