I have recently purchased a Philips 32PW9545C.<br />On low volume you can hear a strange noise like a vibration. It sounds like a small symbol being played. It varies with the picture and sometimes dissappears until a new scene switch on the program. Is it normal?

There was a mild problem with internal wiring a while back, not being dressed properly and vibrating in sympathy with your audio. The cure was to get it looked at and tie up and redress the cables internally.
