Post Tosh or Hitachi?

1. I have heard alot about the tosh rp tvs and the aftersales here. But has anyone got the 44'' Hitachi RP set?, and what about their aftersales.

2. I want to choose between a tosh 40 WHO8B or 46" (prob 40), and a hitachi 44",? Tosh is much cheaper with extended warranties bundled in.

3. Whats the best place to get the hitachi on the web?

4. Most shops do not have the hitachis to look at. Has anyone seen both sets working together?

cheers

A rash assumption. Toshiba recently picked up a major Which Award for reliabilty of Kit. These are not given out lightly.

The Toshiba RPTV are decent kit and fully competitive. All RPTV need some care and attention to get the best out of them. Hitachi included. Correct setting up and calibration brings big rewards here. Toshiba is not number one by accident. They have more than anyone in promoting RPTV in the UK. There are huge numbers of satisfied owner on this board alone.

For the record I do NOT own a Toshiba RPTV .
