Philips 28PW6518 6 flashes / power off fault

Hi

I have a brand new philips widescreen 28PW6518 that switched off for no apparent reason after only 2 days use.

When it went into standyby mode the standby light flashed 6 times, then paused, then repeated. The set would not come back on by using the remote. After using the power button on the set, it now functions correctly.

Does anyone know what 6 flashes from the standby light means, because I phoned Philips and they didn't know
