Watson Televisions

Someone at work bought a WATSON 28'' (never heard of them myself)television from makro,
priced at £190ish. After just six days the picture has dissappeared, gone grey and become all squiggly.
Has anyone ever heard of watson? as there are no clues on the set case or in the instructions, as to where they are from or who imports them???
yours curious........
