Post Panny TX-36PG50 audio line outputs

How do I make the audio line outputs to have fixed signal level?

Now I have to go to the surround setup to put the internal speakers off first, then turn up the volume to match the input sensitivity of my external audio preamp/prosessor. And every time I forget to put the internal speakers on again, the kids get no sound from the TV-set.

Is there any service menu for sound and/or connections?

Regards,
Hannu
