Does anyone know the difference...¿¿¿

Hello.

Does anyone know what the difference is between these Panasonic models:

TX-36PF10, TX-36PF10C, TX-36PF10C3

TX-28PK2, TX-28PK2C, TX-28PK2EC

I know that some retailers use the "C" to denote a cabinet is supplied. Has it also to do with the latest software version of the eeprom or what country the model is from? I mailed Panasonic but their reply was of no help.
