Do Most New Tv's Support 60hz Gaming?

I'm looking to buy a new TV that supports 60hz so I can play video games. Do most new tv's support this feature? Also if it has RGB and supports NTSC, would that be just as good?

Yes. The NTSC bit not the RGB bit.
