Hi
Not sure what you mean, under the flap at the front of the TV, you can get to AV via program up/down, go from 3-2-1-av1-av2.

From memory there were 3 buttons under the front flap, volume up and down, channel up and down and the third scrolled through the av inputs.

Hi
The AV channel should come up automaticaly, switch off the unit connected via scart then switch it on.
If this does not work, one for all remotes come with a code list for all Sony TV's, try them all, or try to borrow a original remote from a friend or TV workshop.
