Goodmans GD2880B (Stuck in euro mode)

Hi
I have this tv, Goodmans GD2880B which is stuck in euro mode which means I have to change channels through my video which is a pain as I can't watch tv while recording because if I change channel on the tv I get a bad picture and a terrible hiss any ideas how to switch it back to normal mode, I can get to the osd where the mode is but can't flick it over to normal mode, can anyone help?
