JVC 28X4 Service menu problems

hi

This is the first time ive brought a TV thats been greater than 14". ive been pleased with the TV, but the only problem was i wanted to see more of the picture in DVDs. i found out about the service menu, but found out after it couldn't be reset. Now my picture has curve on the sides and i can't seem to get rid of it

If someone could help by explaining/giving the default codes, it will be most appeciated
