Phillips 32PW9509 pic quality or Component inputs?

Hello,

After looking through some magazines and website reviews the Phillips 32PW9509 comes across as having a very impressive quality of picture.

I have seen this set for around £800. Is there any other tv around this price mark that will offer a similar picture quality but accept component inputs? or am i better ignoring the component issue and sticking with the quality of the Phillips?

any advice would be apreciated,
Tim

Try and get a demo of a toshiba 32zp48 ,i have had mine for a while and am vey impressed.I wonder how many of the magazine reviewers actually own a phillips 9509?.They seem to rave about it but i thought it was terrible, especially on fast moving scenes or football.

Had 2 32PW9509..both suffered the same fault, 2 white lines in the middle of the screen. Just waiting for the Philips to be replaced with the Tosh 32ZP48, hopefully its better! I would avoid the 9509, loads of people have had problems with it
