Panasonic 15TX

I have Panasonic 15TX connected via scart (rgb) to Daewoo Freeview box. All work fine but the picture is too low on the screen, having a large black band at the top and no band at the bottom, with some text even partly off the screen.
Is there a way for me to adjust this ?
(I bought the tv from an internet retailer 300 miles away)

Its actually a Panasonic TX-15AT1, can no-one help?
