just purchased a tosh 36zp48.very dissapointed with the picture,the colour convergence is all over the place.is there any way i can resolve this????

any pictures? if it's that bad i would get them to replace it Don't see why you should have to risk messing things up in the service menu.

unfortunately i have no pictures! Most articles on the screen have a red edge on the top.Any white type has red and green borders,the tv listing page on sky,has edges around the black type,and the yellow background is approx 2mm away from the type sideways

Most TV's of that size will have some mis convergence,i guess it depends on what you class as acceptable? I wouldn't like it by the sounds of it!

Convergence is nigh on perfect on my ZP48, sounds like you should get yours fixed/replaced.
