I am about to purchase this Tv and wondered if the supplied 2 shelf stand is removable.

I know JVC do a "stand alone" model, but I want the stand for later use.

TV just sits on stand which is prety cheap and plasticy... but TV will sit on a strong enough Table or unit

Thanks - just needed to make sure Tv and stand were not molded together.
