What budget TV to replace Loewe?

What budget TV to replace Loewe?
My Loewe Aconda is going back after a failed attempt to fix it. I am now looking at my 11th TV in 11 months. To be blunt, I have had enough. Is there any reasonable sub £400 28" TV's out there.
