philips 32dw6557 help screen size..?

is getting smaller in wide screen there is more black border at the bottom.?
well there is more black at the bottom all the time .can not centre with remote. got in to service menu but do not know what to do .in service menu
it says this on frist page err:00000000
opt:79 0 127 156 0000
is this a error numer ? i pressed clear error but nothing happens.
guess what guarantee as just ran out.can i fix this from the service menu.

Hi apologies for resurrecting this old thread but I noticed in another that you had found the codes for this TV. I have a smiliar geometry problem and womdered if you could pass on the information?

Whatever mode the TV is in (4:3, 16:9 etc) and whatever input source is used (analogue, digital, DVD) the pic is in the top part of the screen and has a curved right edge towards the bottom. It does change aspect ration when that key is pressed but is always too high and with a distorted right side.
TV was bought as working perfectly but unfortunately not demonstrated.
