As time goes by!

I set the picture up on my Sony KV36FS70 when it arrived using The Ultimate DVD Platinum setup DVD.

This was about four years ago.

Last night I installed my new Denon 2900 player and for the first time in ages I was next to the screen as the player powered up. White text appeared in the top left hand corner of the screen and I could clearly see a red shadow to the right of each character.

I put the DVD platinum in and checked the geometry and it has gone way out over the last few years, particularly around the edges and corners. I never noticed when watching from about eight feet away.

Anyway, the question is should I get an engineer around or can someone tell me how to get into the service menu so I can realign the guns? Is it straightforward?

Thanks

Dave
