Philips 32PW9308 settings!

Well, I have this set, and so far so pleased....the picture can be a bit blocky and sometimes faces appear to have a fine mesh over them

What setting do people use here? I have matched user RCT's on this forums settings (I think that was his name) but I am still not too happy.

Also, is there a way to stop the auto format over compensating, it keeps wanting to get rid of the channel logo on the top right/left hand corner and it's driving me mad!!!!

Also, why does my SKY remote not operate the volume any more, it did on my old TV, but it does not work for this.

Lastly, as the 9308 only has one RGB scart, I need a splitter, it does not have to be auto but has to output at least 3 or 4 RGB signals with minimal loss of signal, for a reasonable price!

Any help advice would be greatly appreciated!
