Exclamation Urgent help needed - Loewe TV stopped working!!

Hi - I bought a loewe 93102ZW a couple of years ago, and for the last couple of months i have had a problem where every so often the TV would go into standby by itself, but it would always turn on after this.

Yesterday it went into standby, but now it refuses to turn back on - both the green and red LEDs light up and thats it.

I bought it from Sandai Electronics in hounslow, but when i tried to call them up, as i have a 5 year D&G guarantee, the person on the other end said they did not exist any more!

Should i just call Domestic and General up, or is there a working number for sandai electronics - their webpage just displays german about the site being offline.

Thanks For Any Help

As the warranty is with D & G, I would call them.
