Reset Toshiba 42wh36 - HOW?

I went into the service menu a couple of months ago and improved the convergence but think i messed around too much and want to start from scratch now.

I noted all the default settings, so was wondering to reset what i did, do i just change the current settings to the default ones?

Any help will be appreciated.

whats the point in noting down the default settings then?

if not, will try a few more tweaks to get the problems ironed out.

When it comes to convergence, there are no 'default' values to write down, just grid positions on the screen..

By all means, restore any 'numbered' values back to the 'default' values you noted down before tweaking..

To 'reset' the convergence is not really possible, but if you look through the threads, you can download some 'grids' that need to be printed full size(the size of your screen) on acetate or similar, , and these allow you to line up the grid patterns exactly as the factory would...

hope this helps...
