very blue screen

It's a Thomson Scenium 44RW65US rear projection tv. i've took the back
panel off and the blue CRT is much brighter than the red & green.

The screen is glowing blue with horizontal white lines about an inch apart.

Everything is ok apart from that you can still see the picture.

HELP!

If it's new, contact customer service or get an engineer out, if it was me, I'm afraid.

sounds like the LOPT is over driving the blue CRT?? Not sure how these things work but if the LOPT on any monitoir is turned up to high you get flyback lines which is what you are describing........

Is it the same on all inputs? If not check settings and input leads.
