toshiba36zp38 picture settings

could anyone please advise the best picture settings for this tv using picture mode 3.
i keep altering these settings but am have problems finding the best one.

please advise.

All TV's even same models have settings that differ from set to set. Use the Avia disc to set up properly.

I have the 36ZD26P using Avia and mode 3 my settings are:

Contrast 48
Brightness 58
Colour 46
Tint -8
Sharpness -10
Scan natural
DNR auto
Black stretch off

It gives a much more natural picture but does take a day or 2 to get used to.

Don't forget that Avia is for NTSC... If you've got any THX DVD's (Monsters Inc. etc.) then use the included THX Optimizer for PAL sources...
