Would anyone recommend this tv? What differences are there with the TOSHIBA 42PW23P?

I also have been considering the same set 42pw33 but have been put of slightly with screen burn and i read that analogue doesn't look to good and was wondering if viewing digital cable is as good as terrestial through a freeview box.
Below is an email i received from toshiba regarding the differances with the 23 and 33 models.

The only difference between the 42PW23 and the 42PW33 is the cosmetic change to the stand. All the other features and specification are the same.Both of these models have component video input
