Hello there
My Philips 32PW6517/05 was having problems starting for last few months, but now it will not start at all. It used to start up only after you pressed power or channel button a number of times and then the picture would be all out of focus for a few minutes. Well anyway it does not start at all now, no power led lighting up either. When I turn tv on and off I can hear a slight tweet from the tv. Any idea what might be at fault and cost of parts/ worth fixing?
