Hi all,iv a sony tiniton 32" crt tv,the problem is the top of the screen is bowed down slightly.does anyone no how to get the sevice menu up?many thanks..

2nd method worked for me, be careful messing around in there ive screwed mine up (luckily managed to get it back to somewhat normal now!).
