Angry Philips 9308 Fingerprint

I HAVE JUST RECIVED A PHILIPS 9308 32" A VERY GOOD PICTURE BUT ON LIGHT PICTURES THERE LOOKS LIKE THERE ARE FINGERPRINTS ON THE SCREEN THIS IS ON ALL INPUTS AND CHANNELS SKY.FREVIEW,DVD AND DVDR
I HAVE CLEANED THE SCREEN TURNED OFF ALL THE DIGITAL ENHANCMENT'S!!!!!!! BUT NO CHANGE

ANY IDEAS

just wondering, when u press the pixel+ button, does 1 half of the screen which says 'off' appear clean?

i had the same set, to me the pixel+ made the screen look like it was dirty from the inside, i.e like it needed a clean to remove the dust in the screen.

did not work but a engineer was out to day and thay are going to replace the set
also talked to philips who said it was a fault over the phone and needed replacing
