Upgrading, what tv?

I currently have a 24inch widescreen Sony (I think its a KV-24LS35).

The image seems good to me, but the speakers have started sounding poor with a nasty buzzing during certain bassy sounds (like low pitch voice).

I would like to upgrade to a 28inch or 32inch. However I want 5.1 sound WITHOUT having to get an amp, and I would like the noise reduction feature of my Sony (seems to reduce volume for adverts). I really fancy something like the Toshiba 'picture frame', with its external speakers - but they are a bit out of my price range.

Any suggestions welcome, but what are decent, cheap, 5.1 tv's?

You are better off getting say the 32" version of your TV and getting a budget receiver or all in one.

TV surround sound is pretty poor and also limits your choice of TV
