Sony KV28LS36 Sound Problem

I've had this TV a while now without any problems until the other day that I've started to hear a high pitch sound coming from the speakers which fades in & out after the TV has been on for a while. The way I found to fix it is to switch the TV off then back on again which sorts the problems out for a bit then the High pitch sound would start again. Any ideas on what could be wrong.

I have a similar problem with sound, and my TV aint very old at all.... not happy... waiting for an engineer to come fix...

What do you think of the tv generally, me still undecided.......
