hi can anyone tell were to get the convergence ic for my samsung SP43H3HT please,the covergence is ok on the red but looks out on the blue and green also wont move left or right on both blue and green,and is there three ics forvthe tv thanks,bob

There are two ICs.
Check the solder joints first. The ICs get hot so there will be expansion and contraction. You might save yourself some work if its just a dry joint.
