HDTV Tuner for a projection TV

Hi gang.

I have a projection TV system and would like to get a HDTV Tuner.(I do have a cable box, but I want to get additional channels) Not a digital to analog one, but a pure digital one, with an HDMI output and Dolby sound.

Do you have any suggestions AND possibly a mail order or web site where I can order one. I went to the Samsung page and all the local dealers they mention do not carry these tuners
