Service mode on BUSH 2179TSIL TV

HI EVERYONE

Can anybody tell me how to get into the service mode on a BUSH 2179TSIL? On letterbox transmissions the image needs moving down slightly as the black bar at the bottom of the screen is deeper than at the top.

Someone must know how to do this.....PLEASE!
