|Sony Bravia advice

Could anyone please help.

My lovely old mum has a sony bravia telly and has the following problem which is driving her mad.

The channel AV4 is permanently showing in the top left hand corner and she can't get it to go! As I can't find the booklet that came with the tv and I have messed around with the remote, but not having any luck, can anyone please advise?

Many thanks

press the "i" button either 1 or 2 times should do it. But are you actually watching via AV4 ie if you change to tuner does it still display?
