its asking fot a key code when switched on help what can i do

Try 0000 or 1234 they are usually default codes on most equipment.

i,ve tried 1234 and 0000 both no good , when its switched on and off standby, on the screen in the top left of it , it says key - - - which goes to key / / / when you try aany number code and thats about it any other ideas before it goes in the bin thank paul.
