Tuning old Orion TV/ finding a manual

I recently bought an old Orion 3630 rc portable tv to use to pick up sky in the kitchen. I've got a video transmitter with an aerial input which I thought would work as the tv has no other inputs. Can anyone help with tuning the channels as this tv does not automatically do it? do I use uhf or vhf? If someone knows where I can get a manual for this tv that would be a great help.
