how to distribute HDMI to 3 outputs?

Hi Im trying to figure out how to split the HDMI output from my HTPC to a, 1080p projector (2 meters away) and 2 720p LCD displays, one is 5 meters away and the other around 15 meters.

Only one device is on at any time. All locations have Cat5e available.

I also want to distribute the remote IR signal to these 3 locations, can anyone recommend a device/s that will do the trick?
