Sony 36" CRT constantly switching off....

Sony 36" CRT constantly switching off....

As above. Any ideas? When is happens the LED's at the front appear to flash.

I had a 36LS70 or some similar name, I've forgotten now..the flashes are an error code which you'll be able to look up, not good news I'm afraid when mine died in 2003 it took 6 months and £500 to have it fixed by Sony.
I kept it for a couple of years after that, when I did give it away although it was, at the time, the best TV I ever owned I was glad to get the space back, it was enormous.

Mine is over 8 years old and still going strong, touch wood. I paid over 2000 pounds for it and don't have the heart to give it away, so I guess I will keep it until it dies on me.
