Toshiba 50HM66 - Won't go above channel 69

I can't seem to find in the instructions how to program my TV to go above channel 69.

I'm connecting straight to cable in the back of the TV, and I need to be on channel 75 to get the digital setup through the cable line.

But I can't get to 75. I type the numbers in on the remote, and hit enter, and it just goes back to whatever channel I'm already on. When I just hit channel up all the way, it gets to 69, then the next channel is 2.

Can anyone tell me how to program channels 70-80 please?

Thank you.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do, but if you are using a UHF tuner then the channel range is 21..68 (or 69 maybe) so it's unsurprising it won't accept a higher value.
