AV2 gone funny , but AV1 still Fine

I have recently set up my Tosh 36ZP18P screen with Sky+ and a Panny HS2 recorder.

All was fine when suddenly today I was doing some recording from Sky+ to HS2 when the screen went red and misty in places , then green, blue etc etc.

If I flipped it to AV1 to watch it properly it was fine , however if I flip it back to AV2 then its the same.

Does this just sound like a dodgy scart cable thats messing the RGB ??

Sounds like it is definately either a dogy scart or somthing inside that has gone wrong.

Try swapping over av1 and av2 and seeing if the problem goes on to av1?

Or better yet get another scart to test on AV2 just in case a faulty cable going in to av2 has damaged the socket.

If you try it let us know how you get on.

Cheers

Robert.
