Sony KV28CL10 v Panasonic TX28PS1

Hi

I think I've narrowed my choice to the Sony KV28CL10 and Panasonic TX28PS1 but cant find any reviews on the Sony as it seems to be a relatively new model.

Does anyone have any advice to give on the Sony & is there much difference in quality between Sony and Panasonic?

Also, if I go for the Sony, any recommendations on Home Cinema kits to go with it? I've only been looking at Panasonic so far

Thanks

I'm also interested in opinions on both these sets, especially the KV28CL10.

have also been looking/researching for a new 28" tv, and although i don't know any more about tyhe sony, i was interested if you've considered the JVC AV-28R370

http://www.comet.co.uk/comet/html/cache/453_104060.html

which if anything boasts more along with exceptional picture quality (seen in the flesh also- and it looks much better by far plus around same price band.
If you've already considered and rejected the prospect, may i ask why?
Cheers

Hi, could you answer some questions for me please.

1) Does it play back NTSC material ok ?.

2) Are there any noticable geometry issues or screen bending ?.

3) Does the Sony have a picture tilt option so that a horizontally tilting image can be corrected in the menu ?.

4) Does the Sony have any subtitle friendly modes - Like a subtitle screen mode or the option to manually move the picture up so that subtitles which have been cut off the bottom on a non-anamorphic image appear on the screen.

5) Is RGB through the scart ok ?.

Thanks for the help.
