28" TV with component input 50hz?

Hello all,

I have been reading the comments on the differences between 50hz and 100hz with great interest. The reason being that I have my eye on a Toshiba 28ZD26 that has component input but also has 100hz.

Admittedly I haven't seen this television in the flesh so to speak but I have heard very good things about it. Are there any televisions on the market that provide component video input as well as 50hz? Then I could look at the 2 tv's side by side and judge for myself which has the best picture.

Thanks,

James

Only one that springs to mind is the Toshiba Rear Projection model 42PW23P

I think you'll struggle to find (m)any - most sets with component input tend to have progressive scan, and I've yet to find progressive scan on a 50Hz CRT set
