Toshiba 40WH08B Faulty Text Module

I have a Toshiba Back screen projection TV which switches itself off if I try to change channell. I beleive it is the Text Module and that if I remove it then all be fine. the troubl is I don't know what it looks like or where to find it.
I would appreciate any help. If you could describe the location and the look of the part, I'll be most greatful.
Thanks
