Alternative to Video Senders

My parents currently have Sky+ with multiroom in the bedroom and a video sender to put the living room feed into the kitchen. However, since they got a new LCD tv in the kitchen the picture over the sender is pants to say the least. They tried a more expensive 5.8GHz sender and the picture is worse if anything.

So I was thinking about just running a composite cable from the living room to the kitchen through the loft. They don't give a hoot about PQ and would be happy with this. The distance is probably around 15m.
I found this....

Audio Video over Cat5e / Cat6 Balun Set - For Av / Cctv Lindy 32535

and was wondering if it would do the job and be better than a long scart/composite cable over that kind of distance?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Alternative to Video Senders

Why don't you simply run a aerial co-ax cable from the RF output of the Sky box. I'm assuming it has one. Then tune in the analogue channel that it sends the signal on your kitchen TV. Obviously you will have to watch whatever the Sky box is tuned to, but I don't expect that is a problem. If the signal weakens significantly over the distance just add a simple aerial amplifier at the TV end. You may even be able to use the infra-red sender which didn't transmit the pictures too well in order to change channels remotely.

15 metres is a bit excessive for any other sort of connection as it will inevitably pick up 'noise' along the way.
