Sky HD lip sync issues

I have not long purchased a new Sony TV and Sky HD. Occasionally whilst watching I have noticed and more disturbingly the wife has noticed that the lip sync is out !!!. When I switch to digital TV (freeview) it looks OK which would suggest it is the Samsung Sky HD box. I can watch through my amp and adjust the optical output but my poor old amp is suffering from sound dropout. Has anyone had any similar lip sync issues with there Sky HD box ??

you can also adjust the audio delay in the samsung menu. I find it is usually more to do with a particular channel e.g. HD movie channels seem find, but comedy central with say Two and a Half Men is rubbish for sync.

you might be better off posting in the Sky HD forum for any of these types of issues.
